Boudoir By J Anderson is offering a limited selection experience for applicants interested in a boudoir photography session.

One applicant may be selected to receive the Boudoir By J Anderson Experience fully covered, including the session, professional hair and makeup, and a signature collection of printed artwork.

Additional selected applicants may receive a promotional offer that includes the creative fee covered, professional hair and makeup, and a $500 credit toward a collection purchase.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to apply or be selected. A purchase will not increase your chances of being selected.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and able to travel to J Anderson Studios in Mesa, Arizona.

Employees of Boudoir By J Anderson LLC, immediate family members, and members of the same household are not eligible.

How to Apply

Applicants must complete the official application form in full.

Limit one application per person. Duplicate, incomplete, false, or misleading applications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Boudoir By J Anderson LLC.

Selection Process

This is not a random drawing.

Applicants may be selected based on thoughtfulness, authenticity, emotional connection to the experience, availability, and overall alignment with the studio’s work.

All selections are made at the sole discretion of Boudoir By J Anderson LLC. Decisions are final.

What Selected Applicants May Receive

Selected applicants may receive:

• Creative fee covered

• Professional hair and makeup

• Access to the curated client wardrobe

• $500 credit toward a collection purchase

Images and artwork are purchased separately unless otherwise stated in writing.

Collections begin at $3,900. The $500 credit applies toward collections only.

To reserve a session date, a $199 retainer is required and applied in full toward the final purchase.

Featured Winner

One featured applicant may receive the Boudoir By J Anderson Experience fully covered, including:

• Creative fee

• Professional hair and makeup

• Access to the curated client wardrobe

• A signature collection of printed artwork

The featured winner’s prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.

Scheduling

Sessions take place at J Anderson Studios in Mesa, Arizona.

Sessions are scheduled Monday through Thursday and are subject to studio availability.

Selected applicants must respond and schedule within the timeframe provided. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate applicant.

Travel

Travel, lodging, transportation, meals, and any related expenses are the sole responsibility of the applicant.

Image Reveal & Purchases

Attendance at the scheduled image reveal is required.

All purchases, retainers, upgrades, collections, artwork, and payment plans are final and non-refundable.

Publicity & Image Use

Selected applicants may be asked to sign a model release allowing Boudoir By J Anderson LLC to use images from the session for portfolio, marketing, advertising, social media, website, and promotional purposes.

Participation is not contingent upon agreeing to image use unless specifically stated in writing at the time of selection.

Communication

Selected applicants will be contacted using the email and/or phone number provided in the application.

Boudoir By J Anderson LLC is not responsible for incorrect contact information, missed messages, technical issues, or failure to respond.

By applying, applicants agree to receive email and SMS communication from Boudoir By J Anderson. Applicants may unsubscribe at any time.

Non-Transferability

Selections, promotional offers, credits, sessions, and prizes may not be transferred, gifted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Disqualification

Boudoir By J Anderson LLC reserves the right to disqualify any applicant who submits false information, violates these rules, behaves disrespectfully toward the studio or team, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or otherwise interferes with the integrity of the promotion.

Limitation of Liability

By applying, applicants release Boudoir By J Anderson LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from liability related to participation in this promotion, the session, travel, purchases, technical issues, or use of any prize or promotional offer.

General Conditions

Boudoir By J Anderson LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time if necessary due to technical issues, fraud, scheduling limitations, unforeseen circumstances, or any reason beyond the studio’s control.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and is void where prohibited.
